About the event
Two hours of partner, group and acro yoga in Well Flexed's lovely studio, followed by an hour's use of the saunas and cold plunge baths in the dedicated relaxation space.
This is a fun, physical, interactive uoga. Come by yourself or with a partner or friends. We will work in groups of 2, 3, 4 or more to help stretch, support and balance each other.
